Call recording is not working after upgrade

Hello guys,

I have been struggling to make call recording work again for a while now, it fails working after upgrade,what i have noticed is

-call are recorded and i can find the audio file at
/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/

- The recording files are not found on database, i mean asteriskcdrdb
Currently am running asterisk version 11.17.1

Is anyone has come across with this problem?
