Customized CRM integration with Asterisk

Hi,
Please help in providing the CRM integration for Asterisk
my application is in PHP and mysql.
i want to show the pop up of calling number on the screen, i have prepared the screen,
installed Asterisk, AGI but calling number is not showing.

Look for events you need to screen pop using AMI (Asterisk Manager Interface)
