I have problems with direct pickup

Hi all, I´m a novice in this topic.
I have Elastix (2.5.0-1) and ip phones SPA525G and SPA514G.

The problem is:
I can pickup a call from any extension with ** on SPA525G but with SPA514G I can not pickup calls, I get this message "Address Imcomplete"

I appreciate your support.

Howdy,

You'll probably want to take that up with the Elastix people; they should be able to tell you more about how they implemented call pickup. I don't believe that's a relatively new version of Elastix, either.

It seems your SPA514G because you dont have call pickup problem from another phone . you should check asterisk console log when you are dialing ** from SPA514G . check if the phone passess ** to asterisk dialplan or any local dial rule on phones doesnt permit it .
