USB Dial-Up Modem

Postby jssilva93 » Wed Jan 06, 2016 2:25 pm

Hello, I'm new to Asterisk and I just bought an USB dial-up modem. It uses dgcmodem drivers but i'm not sure on how to add these drivers to my elastix installation. When I use scanModem tool in Ubuntu says that my modem model is 0572:1329. Without the specific drivers the usb modem is not recognized in hardware detector.

Please help and sorry if my english is not very good.

This kind of devices are not supported at all. You can use products from: Digium, Sangoma, Openvox and others to interface your Asterisk with the PSTN.
