Can't register Sip Trunk sip.ovh.fr

Hello, excuse my english :)
I try to register a sip trunck to sip.ovh.fr:5962 and the log tell me :
[2014-09-08 12:01:29] NOTICE[1975] chan_sip.c: -- Registration for '0033535XXXXXX@sip.ovh.fr' timed out, trying again (Attempt #11906)

Asterisk (Ver. 11.10.2).

register string is as follow:
0033535xxxxxx:password@sip.ovh.fr:5962

can you help me?

sip.ovh.fr:5962 is wrong, or

you are behind NAT and haven't set the right NAT options (not nat=) in Asterisk;

or your firewall is blocking either the register request or the response.

In any case, you are not receiving anything back from the ITSP, not even a rejection.

thanks for your reply. But i don't understand why with a softphone the registration successfully? And with asterisk V1.8 the same work too.

put the adress of the Asterisk on "bind address" in "Asterisk Sip seetings" and not leaving blank.
