Incoming Route problem

Postby nvyosef » Wed May 13, 2015 11:48 pm

hello,

i have installed asterisknow before a few weeks for learning, i have a sip trunk from my provider.

outgoing calls works fine, i have problem with incoming route.

i have created 1 incoming route and set the extension as destination, but i doesn't work, no matter what i do i always hear the message "the number you have dialer is out of service...".

i even tried to manually add the route on extension.conf as exten => 0732065699,1,Dial(SIP/5699,20)

i have enabled anonymous calls on sip settings - still not work.

because it's my first time i trying asterisk i think the problem the URI , when i call the number from outside i see on trace : 732065699;phone-context=+972 . is that ok ?

any ideas ?

thanks a lot

Incoming routes are FreePBX constructs, so you want http://community.freepbx.org/

Anyone debugging this is likely to need log files with a reasonably high verbosity.
