Windows 8 connection to AsteriskNow installed on VMware

I have installed asteriskNow 3.0.0 on VMware workstation 11 using windows 8 host. Did the network configuration but it's not connecting through the host. So how do get my asteriskNow working in Windows 8.

I can't comment on anything to do with VMware networking of guest operating systems, but I can say that 3.0.0 is an extremely old version of AsteriskNOW. If you're early in the game, you should go download a current version instead:
