Outbound Caller ID PRI Config

Been trying to get this working with no success. Did some searching, and cannot find anything relevant.

Our provider (Windstream) is stating that we need to ensure the following is configured, however I cannot find where to put this information.

Nature of Address: unique national
Numbering Plan Indicator: ISDN
Screening Indicator: user provided, passed network screening

Please also make sure you are sending a 10 digit number (you should already be doing this but just wanted to make note of it)
