i'm stuck and hope sombody can hell

i install asterisk and make my first change to my extension.conf file but when i try to do a sip reload on the command line i get this

And when i try to make a call

chan_sip.c:23613 handle_reguest_invite: Call from 'xxxxx' ( to extension 'xxxxxxxxxx' reject because extension not found in context 'phones'

That isn't the output from sip reload!

Your extensions.conf appears only to contain a default context, which only contains an extension 100.

Your sip.conf appears to refer to context phones and your ITSP is sending xxxxxxxxxx in the user field of the SIP URI, not 100.

Also, this is not specific to the AsteriskNOW installer, so would get a better response on Asterisk Support.
