IVR recording - file does not exist

IVR recording - file does not exist

I did a system recording. I entered the extension number and did the recording. When I save the recording, it return 'The recorded file does not exists: /var/spool/asterisk/tmp/353-ivrrecording.wav'. I found that the file is exist but with different file name - '-ivrrecording.wav'.
I couldn't rename the file as it return 'invalid option --r' event with "".

Can anyone tell me how can I solve this?

The version I am running:
Asterisk 1.6.2.17
FreePBX 2.8.1.3
