IVR routing for two companies

Want to know if AsteriskNow will support setup of two separate IVR on two toll free lines/business names (come in on different local analog lines).
The questions are the calls will be routed during the day to the admin and one other desk at night they will route to several desks. I need the user to be able to tell which toll free number the call is from so they can provide the correct response.
If no one answers, the call needs to route to the correct voicemail box for that toll free number/business name.
