The first includes FreePBX.
The second includes the Asterisk GUI.
The third includes no web-based interface for configuring Asterisk.

Cheers.

Thanks but i would really appreciate if you further clearify the differnece between the first two packages. Asterisk GUI as the name suggests provides you with a web based GUI and i have used that aswell but i read some where that freepbx is also a GUI, How is that. Thank You

FreePBX - www.freepbx.org
Asterisk-GUI - http://svnview.digium.com/svn/asterisk-gui/trunk/

They're different.

I've installed AsteriskNOW 2.0 without GUI and don't see any configuration files. Even after copying to the /etc/asterisk they don't load. Can anybody tell what's happened?
