Greetings,
We have an issue with SIP trunk connection to our provider. I cannot connect with my Asterisk server, but with eyebeam client everything works fine, please look at the picture.
My question is: How can I "rewrite" this eyebeam setting to SIP.conf?


How can i "rewrite" this eyebeam setting to SIP.conf?

a) Registration string:
register=???:???@???

b) SIP parametry:
canreinvite=no
type=peer
context=from-pstn
host=???
fromdomain=???
username=???
authuser=???
fromuser=???
secret=SECRET
insecure=port,invite
nat=yes
qualify=yes

Every tries with registration string end with this error:
[2014-09-03 06:31:16] NOTICE[28311]: chan_sip.c:13728 sip_reg_timeout: -- Registration for '8679187314106@120.203.73.161' timed out, trying again (Attempt #56)

Hello.

Check default sip.conf, the section "OUTBOUND SIP REGISTRATIONS".

Try:

Code: Select all
register=>user@domain:secret:authuser@host/extension


You should get something like:
Code: Select all
register=>+8679187314106:secret:8679187314106@ims.jx.chinamobile.com@ims.jx.chinamobile.com


or maybe without the 'plus' sign.

or:
Code: Select all
register=>+8679187314106@ims.jx.chinamobile.com:secret:8679187314106@ims.jx.chinamobile.com


Besdides, use the 'outboundproxy' setting, pointing to 120.203.73.161.
