Problem with long time to establish a call

Postby cholegm » Wed Nov 04, 2015 2:23 am

Hi,

Does anybody have a problem with long time to establish a call?

This PBX is installed and configured at least one year ago, and everything was working fine till two days ago when was start with slow call establish, need about 9-10 sec to establish a call. Because this, all calls over SIP trunks are unable to establish.

System Information:
Software: AsteriskNow PBX Firmware 6.12.65-26 (Linux 2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64 on x86_64) with Asterisk 11.20.0 and FreePBX 12.0.76.2.
Hardware: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz with 8 cores, 8GB of RAM and 120GB SSD drive.

CPU load averages: 0.04 (1 min) 0.02 (5 mins) 0.00 (15 mins)
CPU usage: 2% user, 2% kernel, 0% IO, 96% idle
Real memory: 1.54 GB used, 7.58 GB total

I was try everything that I know and what I find on internet, but without success...

Thanks in advance and regards,
Mladen

Seems like you are having issues with your DNS.

Navaismo, thanks for replay. I have two PBX, one primary (hardware - this one) and one backup (backup). When this problem was start a couple day agou, I was move SIP clients to backup PBX and everything works OK, with same DNS servers on clients and servers.

On every call (ext to ext, from did/trunk to ext, from ext to trunk) I have delay of 9 seconds. When I try to call some extension, I geting silence of 9 sec, and ringing starts:
Code: Select all
5.11.2015 10:14:57   CHAN_START   402
5.11.2015 10:15:06   CHAN_START   405
