Solution for callcenter needed

Postby starter01 » Tue Sep 23, 2008 3:29 am

Hello,

I am new to this forum and to asterisk.

I am running a callcenter in the Netherlands for 1,5 year now, and want to make my php telemarketing application available online.
Therefor I am looking for a digital PBX (astrisk) solution that can be connected with the dialer in the application.
Another dialer could also be an option.

The idea is that my telemarketingagents should be able to click the "call"button in their (php) screen, to call prospects using their headset. (no extra softphone needed).

Voicelogging/recording is also important.

What would be the best option for me?
Any advise on this topic would be very welcome.

Anyone who can help me to configure this for a reasonable price is also very welcome.

Best regards from the Netherlands,

John

I'm working with astercrm and it seem to be suitable for your need.
I can remote install it on your server if you whant.
Just one thing there is always a software for softphone feature
it could be a softphone like Xlite or an embeded plugin for IE or firefox
but it's a software !
As well I'm working to make a personal predictive dialer in PHP but it's not yet finished.

Hello,
take a look to: http://www.astertools.com/products/ivan with IVAN you can run a callcenter within minutes, you can setup calls very easy with the included Outdial Interface with a http request, you can download the asterLive iso for free which includes IVAN to make your first testcalls.

Take a look at the Predictive Dialer Suite by Voicent Call Center Solution

The program will allow your agents to work from a computer to answer calls, input customer information, and have them press a button for call transferring.

You can use your existing phone lines!!

If you have questions, feel free to pm me :D

Hello Guys,

I want to use an open source call center platform for my business to attend to my customers' complaints and inquiries.
After some serious search I have chosen Asterisk, but I want to analyze what is needed in total (physical devices, infrastructure, etc) so as to enable me evaluate the cost of installation of this solution.

My call center will have about 10 agents max for a start, then can later upgrade.

Thanks for your prompt reaction.

I think FreePBX is able to be a callcenter, It has modules specially for that, question is just to corretly configured.
if you prefer 100% GUI solution, the Elastix is good variant - their CallCenter solution is just great as for me.

finally, if you need just a few functions - setup incoming SIP line and confguure a call queue(s) with agents, and nothing more, except reports - then you can try my callcenter : http://a4business.com/?p=237, it is based on clear Asterisk installation and PHP-agi.

Also, I do a2billing modules like this one: http://a4business.com/?post=393
