Callinize offers all of the features you have mentioned. It is a CTI solution that integrates Asterisk to majority of CRMs. To explain further, I'll discuss points one to three in order to give you a better idea:
1- system that integrated by asterisk and give me more details log for each employee as an example , how many calls re replied , also , if the employee didnt reply calls when he was able to reply

3- i need something that dial some numbers automatically and give them a pre defined message, i mean i want to use this for marketing
- Auto-dialers / predictive dial is a specialized feature of a phone system. (Callinize is a bridge between phone systems and CRM). However, it does have a feature called a Voicemail drop, an agent can press a button to leave a pre-recorded voicemail without having to talk.
