Disconnecting call issue within 10 sec for incomming calls

Hi All,
we are working on centos 5.9 with asterisk 1.4 for the inbound call center
we facing the some issues for incoming calls.the call was disconnecting within 10 sec after hitting to SIP extensions .

Please help me out regarding this issue.
