JR Asterisks Telephony Administrator Needed!

S2G Inc., a provider of outsourced customer service solutions Company is seeking a Jr. Asterisks Telephony Administrator to join the Information Technology team. The position will be remote (work-at-home) with limited travel. The Jr. Telephony Administrator will be accountable for providing support related to all aspects of telephony (SIP/VoIP) for S2G and its clients focusing on FreePBX and PBXact open source platforms. The position responsibilities will include installation, administration, maintenance, and support for internal users and external clients for telephony infrastructure and telephony security.

Salary: Depending on experience, up to 65/annual

Minimum skills requirements:
Must have two or more years’ experience administrating with Asterisk in a contact center environment; current experience and knowledge of Asterisk version 11 and FreePBX a plus.
• Must have two or more year’s hands on experience with Linux; current experience and knowledge of centOS a plus.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of call routing and IVR
• Strong understanding and knowledge of SIP, VoIP, IP, TCP, UDP, SSH, SSL/TLS protocols
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with change control best practices
• Broad knowledge of telecom systems, switching architecture and telephony
• Willingness and ability to work out of hours to support telephony infrastructure
• Experience with scripting languages including Bash is a plus
• Experience with MySQL administration
• Experience working in and supporting both Linux and Windows environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical personnel
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g. PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
• Must be ethical and be vigilant about protecting company assets; company, employee and client private/confidential/protected information.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a contact center environment is a plus.

I have overall 4.11 years of Experience in Telephony ,Telecom , IVR , GSM and CDMA.

I have good knowledge of Asterisk , IVR , Dial-plan , Asterisk Installation, PHP-AGI, Shell Script, Basic Perl , Basic knowledge of JAVA.
I have good knowledge of Asterisk Maintenance, Support and Troubleshooting.
