Integration of Asterisk in Android

Hi Team,

I am trying to creating an Android Application for making phone-calls from application to other phones ( App to Phone call/PSTN ).

MyProgram(A) --> Android API to make a call like Skype(B) --> PSTN/Mobile network support(c)


is it possible to make phone-calls (pstn) using Asterisk?
If yes, then kindly give the step by step procedure for integrating Asterisk in my Android Application or any video link.
