We are build Call Center application using Asterisk,codeigniter framework,php and Mysql.List of feature are given below.
A) System Setting
1. Caller Limit
In Caller Limit Section You Can Setting The Call Limit , You Can Edit the created setting Also you can Delete The Created Caller limit.
In Announcement Section You Can Add Announcement For the Caller . You can Active And inactive the announcement And also you can edit and delete the announcement .
B) User Setting
In User Section You can create you can create the user for your centre . The shift, centre , usertype , name ,email, password, join date, contact number field must be required . you Can manage the created user like active , inactive , edit and delete .
All Shifts are for the created users working hours
IN IVR Section you can upload your default ivr. You can listen the uploaded ivr. You can delete the uploaded ivr, also you can active and inactive the uploaded ivr.
D) Inbound DID
In recording section you can see the all call records file for the caller. Also you can manage the files here. You can download and you can delete those listing files.
1. Live Calls
In live call section you can see the all running calls. You can manage the call like hang up the live calls like transfer the live call to other number etc.
Here you can get the all detail of all call records . Also you can search by filtering like date , start time , end time etc.
3. Agent Login Hour
In this section you see the how many and which agent are logged in the panel. All the listing are stored here.
4. Caller History
In Caller History Section All Calling History Stored here. Also you can search by filtering the specific data.
