I installed Digium free fax for asterisk on asterisk-1.6.0.9 and everything worked well but I am unable to have the application SendFax working. Each time, I received the following error message from the CLI :

-- Executing [7777@interne:14] SendFAX("SIP/3009-08cf4eb8", "/home/dwayne/faxout/dw-faxout.tif,d") in new stack
[May 22 11:42:27] ERROR[13189]: res_fax.c:1118 sendfax_exec: access failure. Verify '/home/dwayne/faxout/dw-faxout.tif' exists and check permissions.
== Spawn extension (interne, 7777, 14) exited non-zero on 'SIP/3009-08cf4eb8'
-------------------------------------------------------

Please help me

According to this link
http://www.digium.com/en/docs/FAX/fax_faq.php
Group 4 is not a problem
Your permissions are fine
The only items I would question are the image width and the resolution.

My typical tiff that works has a Image size of 1728x1078 and a resolution of 204, 98. You can use the gs in the link above to reformat dw-faxout.tif to approximately those specs.
