Could not get categories from Digium.

I have a digium phone and i registered it online.
But cannot get license by register utlity. :(

I get this error:

Could not get categories from Digium. Please check firewall and DNS settings.
You must be able to connect to via TCP port 443. If a
web proxy is required, run register --help for proxy usage instructions.

On my asterisk server iptables is off and https is active. I do everything same as readme file (file permissions, required modules, only need license file to start - module ) . But cannot get license....
Please help me .

It may be that your system is not able to reach the registration server's address, or that it's failing to resolve the hostname When you run "ping" from the shell is your system able to reach it?

I am opening a Technical Support case for this, and will be attempting to contact you in order to help resolve this issue.
