Yealink W52P - Digium Switchvox - Unable to hear caller on i

We are having a strange problem with a new Yealink W52P phone that we’ve added to our Digium PBX.

The Phone registers and stays registered with the PBX without issue.
Calls can be placed from the phone to internal extensions or external numbers, audio is good in both directions and call quality is excellent.
Calls can be received by the phone from internal extensions, audio is good in both directions.

Problem:
When an external caller dials the extension for the W52P phone the following occurs:
1. The phone rings
2. The user is able to answer the call and the call is connected
3. The caller is able to hear the user without issue
4. The user is unable to hear the caller (No audio is received in the users earpiece)
5. If the user puts the call on hold and then resumes the call two way audio is restored.
6. The call needs to be answered, quickly put on hold and then resumed for two way audio to function properly.
7. This issue affects 100% of inbound calls to this phone from external numbers.
8. The result is the same when calling and dialing the W52P’s extension from an analog phone line connected to a FXO card in the PBX or when calling through a SIP trunk that terminates at the PBX.

PBX Hardware: Switchvox 305
Switchvox version: 5.5.5 (49998) (Support and updates are currently expired)
Yealink W52P Firmware: 1. 25.30.0.20

Both phone and PBX are on the same subnet connected to the same network switch.

I’ve tried playing with some settings in the W52P interface but have not come across anything that resolves this behaviour yet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, right now I have the user performing the “3 button press work around” for all inbound calls from external numbers.

sounds like an RTP port issue. on the VoIP providers page in the admin, make sure that the rage is within 10000-20000. I thought they fixed this as an issue but when I set it outside that range calls get no audio. I'm not familiar with the phone, but if it has an RTP port range setting, set it to 10000-20000 also.

Thank you for the suggestion.
I checked under Voip providers in the Swichtvox admin interface and the RTP port range is currently set to 10000 - 20000

Under the advanced network settings in the W52P admin interface I see default settings for maximum RTP port set at 12780 and a Minimum RTP port set at 11780
I have now changed the max to 20000 and the min to 10000, I won't be able to check if this setting change worked until after the weekend. I'm connected remote and need someone to physically answer the phone to test.

I have also submitted the log files from this phone to Yealink support for analysis.

Changing the RTP ports on the phone did not resolve the problem.
We are still having the same one way audio problem as noted above.

Any other options?

I have forwarded the phone logs to Yealink support for them to analyse.
