I am trying to see if there is a way that I can generate a report for the parking lot, such as how long calls where in a parking lot, who placed the caller into the parking lot, and who removed the caller from the parking lot. Please let me know if this is possible either with an API or not.

Or, is there a way to make parking lots into queues in which the report can be generated as to who placed the call into the parking lot, the wait time within the parking lot, and who removed the call from the parking lot and/or what queue was the call then placed into?

Also, if I implement queue callbacks, is there a way to get reports as to when the caller was placed in the queue and the length of time (waiting time) that elapse before the caller was called back to speak to an agent? Also, I would need this report to show which agent answered the call as well.

Are the above reports possible with Digium Switchvox?
