Rep Queue Status Position

I wanted to know if there is a way that I can pull the position of my reps within a queue. Currently, we have the rule of "least recently call" ringing strategy in place, however, I need to determine which rep will get the next call. I think there may be some issues within our Switchvox and need to determine if it is working optimally.

Digium Switchvox version 5.11.1
