My asterisk server is behind NAT, i need foward some port??

Can you help me???

Did you create the user that you are trying to log in from within the Skype Business Control Panel? Only users that are created from within an existing BCP account will work. See http://www.skype.com/business. After logging in to the BCP with a normal Skype account, click add members and then create new users for use with SFA (you currently can't use SFA with members that you invite via email or existing Skype name).
