Can anybody suggest the solution? If extra debug is needed please advise what should I collect.

I'm running Asterisk 1.6.1.6 and SFA 1.0.2

Thanks!

If it is working fine then you make a call to quick this will happen. Try waiting about 30 seconds after each skype call. This should fix your crash. Make sure you do a full reboot before you try, or shut down all the channels one at a time and restart them.

1.0.2 had a problem where it would crash on failed calls. This is fixed in 1.0.5 which I put up for download today. Sorry for the inconvenience.
