When you call to queue musiconhold plays in tube silence, but if before play any sound, musiconhold will play in the tube.
How can I solve this problem without playing anything?

I will answer this on the assumption that this is not a specifically Skype issue.

Musiconhold may be being treated as early media. If the incoming channel doesn't support early media, you may have to explicitly answer the call. If it can handle it, you may have to call the Progress application.

I have loosely translated "in tube" as "to the caller", based on the context, but I can't work out what you were actually saying.
