Digium D40 Stuck in FW Upgrade Loop

Hi,

I am using one Digium D40 for testing purposes with FreePBX 2.11. I have tried to upgrade the firmware of this phone from the WebUI to 1.4.10 but the phone seems to be stuck in an upgrade loop.
Phone display is showing "press any key to configure, then Reconfiguring, then upgrading phone firmware, please be patient" and loops back. Is there a way i can reset to factory settings? This phone is configured manually from its WebUI, not pushed by an xml nor using the Digium Phone module.
