AsteriskNOW how to access by Web browser on LAN

Hello,
I finished installation AsteriskNOW 2.0.2 ISO. I want to access by an other PC on same LAN.
The IP address by default on AsteriskNOW is 10.0.2.15 and on my PC is 10.0.2.10.
When type http://10.0.2.15 on Firefox on my PC I have Forbidden.

Why ?
I'm testing to modify manager.conf line permit 10.0.2.0/255.0.0.0 but no change.

Sorry for my English language but I'm French.

Whilst I'm not sure that this is the real problem, that should be 10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0
