Currently I have a Switchvox system v5.7.3, and we use a CMS software named AGEMNI (http://www.wiki.agemni.com for more info) to keep track of our costumers and leads. And what I like to have done is:
* When a call comes in to compare the incoming DID to our database, and if he is a current costumer pull up his account info and if no match, open up a new lead page (on switchboard or separate browser either IE or Firefox)
*Email notification with call details, Caller id number, If caller id is found within our CMS to show the name and account number or lead number, call duration and extension that placed or received the call, etc.
* Any other ideas that you think will be beneficial, are welcomed.
